Upon arrival:
• Late check out until 3:00 pm (subject to availability).

Wedding day
• Personalized assistance from our wedding specialist.
• Decoration of the place for the wedding **
• Wedding cake (Up to 25 people).
• Four bottles of sparkling wine for the toast (Up to 25 people).
• Payment of tax from the judge or master of ceremony.
• Witnesses if necessary.
• Relaxing massage session of 50 min. for the bride.
• Manicure & Pedicure with special lavender oils for the bride.
• Special package of beauty salon for the bride (hair and makeup) with access to the bridal cabin accompanied by strawberries and sparkling wine.
• 1 Bouquet for the bride (Tropical flowers or roses).
• 1 Boutonniere (Tropical or pink flowers).
• Centerpiece for the ceremony (tropical flowers or roses).
• Trio (three musicians with guitar playing Caribbean music for an hour during the ceremony).
• Private reception in a banquet hall for three hours with a special menu and waiter service (for a minimum of 25 people).
• Three hours of National open bar.
• Access to the VIP area of our Disco Bávaro for the entire wedding group.
• King-size bed (subject to availability).
• Robes and slippers in the room.

After the wedding
• Breakfast in the room for the newlyweds.
• Marriage certificate legalized in the Dominican Republic (In Spanish) *.
• Shipment of the marriage certificate by DHL, in approximately 3 months.
Grades:
This package applies to garden area, garden gazebo, sea & beach view gazebo (subject to availability).
The inclusions in this package cannot be exchanged for other services, and it is exclusively for clients staying at the Barceló Bávaro Beach Resort.
Guests who are not staying at the hotel must pay a "day pass".
In case of bad weather, plan B will be used. The wedding cannot be canceled.
Once the payment of the package and the extras has been made, there will be no refund.
Rooms not included in the wedding package.
Deposit of 30% of this package is required.
Any service not mentioned in this package has an additional cost.
